End of November Market Review for Real Estate in Berkeley County Area.

The area real estate condition is getting better in November compare to a month ago and mixed numbers from a year ago. Inventory is down by 4% from a month ago and 13% higher from a year ago. Average days on market is 106 this month compare to 133 last month and 90 a year ago. The average sold this month is $206,970, it was $236,611 last month and $216,812 last year. December is a slow month for the year in residential real estate. The Federal government is helping in the credit crunch with the aid of European banks and with the attractive rates for mortgage, we will watch what 2008 is store for us.
